For the Love of Waiting

I feel the darkness calling
those bitter and sweet whispers of death.

Sugar shock Sleeping Beauty in the garden
and Little Red with a night postcard
filled with yesterdays ashes.
Gone with the wind this lake of tears
and love said ‘No’
